Treasury & Insurance Accounting Manager — Hybrid

Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Accounting Manager - Treasury & Insurance to lead monthly close, accounting, and financial reporting for treasury and insurance areas including hedge accounting, FX, investments, and captive insurance.

This role partners with Treasury, Insurance, and FP&A to maintain strong controls, ensure US GAAP compliance, and improve efficiency via systems like Kyriba, BlackLine, and Oracle.
