This role ensures accurate execution of banking transactions, monitors cash positions, and supports financial reporting and compliance efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts and entitiesExecute treasury transactions, including ACH, wires, intercompany transfers, and Positive PayEnsure compliance with treasury policies, procedures, and internal controlsPrepare short- and long-term cash flow forecastsPartner with accounting to ensure accurate cash reporting and general ledger alignmentAnalyze financial data and generate reports to support decision-makingAssist with compliance related to debt covenants and financing arrangementsPerform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesSupport audit requests and prepare required documentationCoordinate with Accounts Payable on payment processing and cash planningPrepare weekly A/P reports and validate vendor paymentsReview A/P aging and assist with issue resolutionSupport the corporate credit card program, including monitoring and reconciliationParticipate in special projects and other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accountingExperience with cash management, banking operations, and financial controlsPreferred: CPA or progress toward certificationPreferred: Experience with ERP or accounting systemsPreferred: Exposure to treasury management systemsSkills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of treasury operations and banking processesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentialityWork EnvironmentOnsite or hybrid based on business needsMust reside in Florida and be able to support onsite requirements if applicableBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysLife and AD&D InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) Retirement ProgramEmployee Recognition and Referral ProgramsAdditional InformationRadiology Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
