Treasury Analyst

DescriptionKforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash management and treasury operations. This role is responsible for cash forecasting, liquidity management, bank reconciliations, financial analysis, and treasury reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, treasury or corporate finance experience, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and banking partners.Key Responsibilities:* Execute daily treasury and cash management activities* Monitor, forecast, and report on cash flow and liquidity needs* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash position reports* Perform complex bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies* Support treasury compliance, audits, and regulatory documentation* Analyze banking services, fees, and financial trends to identify efficiencies and cost savings* Administer corporate card programs and ensure policy compliance* Assist with treasury-related projects, process improvements, and system enhancements* Partner with internal teams and financial institutions to support treasury operationsRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field* 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, or a related discipline* Strong Microsoft Excel skills* Experience with Power BI, treasury management systems, or financial reporting tools* Knowledge of cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and treasury operationsPreferred Qualifications:* CTP certification is a plus* 2-5 years of treasury or corporate finance experience* Experience with banking platforms or corporate card programsKey Competencies:* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentIdeal Candidate:A treasury professional with hands-on cash management experience, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for improving financial processes and supporting business objectives.Job TypeContractCompensation35 - $40
