Base pay range

$165,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr

Description

The Treasurer will manage financial assets, oversee cash flow, and ensure the company's financial stability. This role requires expertise in financial strategies and collaboration with the Accounting & Finance team. The company is a $1B+ organization in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry. It is committed to providing high-quality products and maintaining a robust financial structure to support its operations and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow and asset management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to prepare accurate financial reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership for financial decision-making.

Profile

A successful Treasurer should have:

• Strong knowledge of financial management, including cash flow and asset management.
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong collaboration skills with Accounting & Finance teams and executive leadership.
• Thorough understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
