We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Traveling Project Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on overseeing construction projects for distribution centers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction remodels and groundups for distribution center sites.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct on-site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors and clients.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including reports and schedules.
- Resolve on-site challenges and provide technical support when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- A background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in managing construction projects, particularly within the property industry.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Willingness to travel for work assignments.
