Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

A nationally recognized general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to oversee commercial projects up to $15M, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing subcontractors, schedules, and client relationships across multiple states. The role offers $105K-$115K base salary, project bonuses, per diem, travel home, truck allowance, and a full benefits package.

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through close-out
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Maintain detailed daily reports, schedules, and progress updates
• Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and inspectors
• Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality expectations

Profile

• Experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects up to $15M
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams across multiple states
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety requirements, and construction best practices
• Ability to travel extensively and work in various locations for project durations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Offer

• Up to $1,500 biweekly per diem (state dependent)
• Biweekly paid travel home
