Superintendent

- Excellent General Contractors are seeking Superintendents for heavy commercial and light industrial projects across the country.
- Active opportunities are available in the Southeast, Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, and the Northeast.
- Projects include large-scale retail, grocery, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial facilities.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of successful field leadership experience in heavy commercial, industrial, retail, grocery, manufacturing, distribution, cold storage, healthcare, or education construction
• Experience supporting or leading large, ground-up projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality control, inspections, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to manage sitework, concrete, structural steel, building envelope, MEP coordination, and closeout
• Experience coordinating phased turnover and owner expectations
• Open to travel assignments
