Job Title: Project Engineer Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Engineer for an exciting 2-year project in Zeeland, MI, valued at $500 million. Due to a Non-Disclosure Agreement, specific details about the project owner will be shared during the interview process. This role offers a $5,000/month per diem, including two home rotations, and covers initial mobilization and demobilization costs. This is a salaried position with the opportunity for straight-time overtime pay. Responsibilities
* Provide technical, administrative, and subcontractor management support to Project Managers and Project Directors.
* Coordinate development and maintenance of execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
* Manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and communication among project stakeholders.
* Support procurement, contract administration, and change management processes.
* Participate in safety planning and quality assurance, including shop drawing reviews and design compliance.
* Track project costs, prepare invoices, and report on project status.
* Maintain project documentation systems and assist with closeout deliverables and turnover packages.
* Contribute to marketing materials, proposals, and ongoing team coordination across departments.
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in construction and construction management.
* Experience with Procore for managing workflow.
* Strong skills in contracts, submittals, and client communication.
* 3-8 years of experience in Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree.
Work Environment
The position requires travel to and support of multiple projects throughout the Midwest region. The work environment emphasizes teamwork and cross-departmental coordination to ensure project success. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
