Richmark Property Management is seeking a Traveling Maintenance Tech to support our residential rental portfolio across the Denver area. In this field-based role, you’ll travel between single-family and multifamily properties to complete work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues, conducting inspections, and responding to emergencies. You’ll interact directly with residents and property managers, ensuring prompt, professional service and high-quality property care in a resident-focused, integrity-driven environment.
