Salary Range: $180,000.00 To $500,000.00 Annually

• Week A: Monday–Friday
• Week B: Tuesday–Saturday
• Alternating weekly schedule provides consistent time off while offering Saturday coverage every other week.

• Travel between designated Jefferson Dental locations throughout the Fort Worth area
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and specialists to ensure top-tier patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold clinical standards
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills and patient-first mindset
• Excellent communication and bedside manner
• Comfortable working in afast-paced, multi-location environment
• Willingness to travel between Fort Worth-area practices
• Desire to work as part of ateam-oriented, growth-focused organization
