We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, a fun environment and fantastic products!Position SummaryWe are seeking a Traveling Facilities Technician to travel between our locations and help maintain a clean, safe, and professional store environment. This position focuses on deep cleaning and exterior upkeep tasks that go beyond the day-to-day responsibilities of store staff. This role is critical in ensuring our stores consistently meet company standards and leave a strong, positive impression on every customer.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel to company store locations to perform scheduled cleaning and upkeep tasksPower wash sidewalks, building exteriors, and fueling areas to maintain a clean and inviting appearanceClean gas and diesel pumps to ensure a safe and professional fueling experienceClean interior and exterior windows for maximum visibility and presentationDeep clean kitchen areas and other high-use store spacesPerform general deep cleaning and appearance-related tasks throughout the storeHandle cleaning and upkeep tasks that are beyond the scope of routine store staff responsibilitiesSafely operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers and other toolsFollow safety procedures and company standards while performing workCommunicate with store managers regarding completed work, observations, and additional needsQualificationsAbility to work independently and manage daily travel between storesStrong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, organized environmentsAbility to perform physical work including lifting, bending, standing, and operating cleaning equipmentValid driver's license and reliable transportationPrevious cleaning, facilities, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred but not requiredWillingness to work weekend, holiday, and evening hours when necessaryCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experienceHealth insurancePaid vacationPaid holidaysIRA contributionCompany-paid travel expensesEmployee discounts
