Traveling Electrical SuperintendentWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities in the national retail space. This is a traveling role that requires a knowledgeable, proactive leader who can step onto a job site, understand the scope, and quickly begin driving progress. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, can interpret blueprints, direct crews effectively, and make sound decisions with confidence.

You will serve as the on-site lead, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead on-site electrical construction activities of onsite energy systems which will provide emergency power in the event of a utility outage.Interpret and implement electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documentsProvide leadership to field crews, subcontractors, and project teamsCoordinate, order, and track materials to support project schedulesEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with codes and regulationsMonitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and proactively adjust plans as neededCommunicate regularly with project management and headquarters on status, needs, and risksRequirements:5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with supervisory responsibilitiesExperience with emergency power generators or utilities is a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documentsStrong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to take ownership on siteWillingness to travel extensively and work outdoors in varying conditionsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesWork Environment:This role involves outdoor work at commercial construction sites across the United States.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive pay, rates based on experience.401k with company matchHealth, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance available.
