- Ratios: 1:4-5 (If MedSurg acuity 1:6)
- EMR: Cerner or EPIC
- Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Day charge no assignments – night charge might have an assignment
- Nurse Aides: 2 per shift during the day & mid shift. No CNA at night after 11pm
- Weekend Requirement EOW: Days S/S, Nights F/S/S
- Holidays: Every other holiday – work into permanent staff holiday rotation
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue – jackets (if worn) must also be navy blue
- 2 years experience required
