Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice are met.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established nursing protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and care delivered in a timely manner.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, care plans, and follow-up care.
• Utilize advanced telemetry skills to manage patients with complex health needs.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or a Compact RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, specifically in Medical/Surgical nursing.
• Experience with telemetry, including Cardizem and Insulin drips.
• BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS certifications required.
• Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates may be requested to float to various units as necessary. Preference will be given to those with experience in utilizing Cerner EMR systems.

This position is available in Concord, NH.
