Qualification Requirements

• Years of Experience: 2+ years
• Must Have Skills/Experience: 2+ years in Stepdown or ICU in an acute care hospital; competent with insulin gtts, precedex, titrating nitroglycerin, Cardizem, Bipap
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Experience in post‑op surgical and trauma units helpful
• Type of Patients on Unit: Post Cardiac Cath, Afib, CHF, General Medical overflow, stable MI, post‑heart cath interventions, Medical Cardiac, pacemaker insertion, non‑titrated cardiac drips
• Personality Fit: flexible, dependable, hardworking, strong teamwork skills

• Patient Ratios: 1:6 (estimates)
• Equipment: IV pumps, computers, glucometer, GE monitoring equipment
• EMR: EPIC

Dress Code

• Scrub Color: Black
• Unacceptable Attire: Anything other than black scrubs or M‑wear

Auto Offer Guidelines

• Flexible contract length: 8‑26 weeks
• Flexible Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours
• Blocked scheduling requires facility approval
• Confirmation required within 5 days of offer
• RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end
• Night shift orientation on day shift, must be available full week
