We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience assessing acute changes in patients and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Competence in rhythm strip interpretation and chronic ventilator experience are essential.
Assignment Details- Shift: 3x12 Nights
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Patient Ratios: 1:6
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Floating Requirement: Yes
- Charting System: Epic
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $ (negotiable)
- Assess acute changes in patients
- Interpret rhythm strips
- Administer and manage cardiac drips such as dobutamine, amiodarone, and cardizem
- Provide tracheostomy care and management
Required:
- 1 year of telemetry experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Competency in rhythm strip interpretation
- Illinois RN license
- Skills in blood product administration, central line care, and telemetry
Preferred:
- Competency in initiating and maintaining cardiac drips
