Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 36-48 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN), valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor, and Epic software experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an acute care facility.
• Responsibilities include collecting relevant patient data, analyzing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Additional information: The position involves participating in discharge planning, delegating duties appropriately, and providing health education to patients and families.
• Organizational Requirements: All associates must receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment and participate in E-Verify.
