Job Details

• Position: Telemetry (TELE) Nurse
• Location: Glenview, IL
• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM 7:30 AM), 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Qualifications: Illinois RN license, BLS certification, passing EKG test, and Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience. The candidate should have EKG experience and be able to handle boarded patients in the emergency department, with at least 2 years of clinical experience; 4+ years preferred.
• Responsibilities include providing patient assessment, monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members. The nurse will float between medical-surgical units and handle boarded patients in the emergency department.
• Submission Requirements: Resume, 2 references, skills checklist, copies of certification and license verification, BLS, and passing EKG test are required to be submitted prior to the start date.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
