Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Bridgeport, West Virginia.

Travel Stepdown/Tele RN
Unit: Cardiac/Tele Stepdown – 29 beds
Ratio: 1:5–6
Shift: 7 AM–7 PM / 7 PM–7 AM
Certifications: BLS & ACLS
Experience: Must be able to titrate cardiac drips
Drips: Cardizem, Amiodarone, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Heparin, Nitro, Lasix, etc.
Telemetry: Phillips monitors; must read & interpret strips
Patient Population: Cardiac patients, post-cath/PCI, AMI, chest tubes, pacemakers, respiratory failure, post-op lung surgery
Weekend: Every other weekend
Floating: Med/Surg & Tele
Scrubs: Royal Blue
CNA Support: Approximately 1:12
Respiratory: CPAP/BiPAP managed by RT
