Travel Surgical Technologist

American Traveler seeks a Surgical Technologist for a hospital OR position requiring general, GYN, robotic, urology, trauma, neuro, and ortho surgical experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Experience in general, GYN, robotic, urology, trauma, neuro, and ortho surgery required
• Vascular and cardiac surgery experience preferred
• BLS certification
• CST certification preferred
• License required if applicable
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Hospital operating room unit with 14 beds and a staff of over 100
• Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Uses standard OR equipment
• Epic EMR
• Requires 3-4 call shifts per month, including weekend call
• Perform surgical technologist duties across a variety of specialties including general, GYN, robotic, urology, trauma, neuro, and ortho procedures
• Adaptable, strong communication skills, and a hard-working attitude are valued traits for this role
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
