Job Summary
Step Down Unit RN Telemetry and Progressive Care Intensive Care Unit
This position is based in the healthcare providers facility, specializing in step down, telemetry, and acute care. The role involves providing advanced nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care to standard ward settings, ensuring patient stability and safety. The position requires adaptability across telemetry, step down, and medical-surgical units.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid nursing license, 2 years PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry acute care experience, and familiarity with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care, checking vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop care plans.
• Certifications: RN licensure, and RN Step Down (PCU) specialty exam and skills.
• Additional Information: Will need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
