Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified professional for a Step Down Unit position in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing specialized patient care within a step down unit setting, with an emphasis on safety and clinical excellence. This position starts as soon as possible and focuses on delivering high-quality care during daytime shifts.
Job Details:
- Position Description: Start as soon as possible with a daily shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, current Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) or similar certification, and at least 1 year of experience in a step down or relevant unit. Must have completed Advanced Learning Center modules for all. Location requirements include being more than 50 miles from the facility.
- Preferred Qualifications: Travel experience in similar settings is preferred.
- Additional Information: Scrub color requirement is royal blue (white, royal blue, or black t-shirt under scrub top). Travelers without the necessary information or requirements will be rejected. Submission must include the home address; social security number should be on the tax tab of the candidate's page but is not to be included in the submission packet or email. The role is a contractor replacement with no specified experience requirement beyond the stated qualifications.
