Travelers will be placed on a unit where the greatest need is whether it is a PCU or Med‑Surg/Telemetry unit based on the traveler's skills; they will accept a Med‑Surg or Step‑Down RN – same credentialing for both skills – and will need to float onsite within the skill set.
