• Shift Flexibility: Preferred shift will be considered, though rotation may be required to meet hospital needs.
• Potential Floating: HVTI-Stepdown nurses may float to J1-2, J33, and the ED to care for the same patient population.

• Holiday Requirement: Work at least every other holiday.

• Minimum 12 months of permanent experience in the PCU or Stepdown specialty.
• Active, in-hand Ohio RN license or compact state RN license.
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Current NIHSS certification. (Can be obtained during onboarding)
