Requirements
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Active, unrestricted state license required if applicable
- Active Nursys/licensure status required at time of consideration
- Must be able to provide Social Security number and date of birth for consideration
Responsibilities
- Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting
- Speech Therapy department
- 12-week assignment
- Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Full-time employment elsewhere is not permitted during the assignment
- Candidates who have worked on perm staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months will not be considered
- Permanent residence must be more than 60 miles from the facility
