Position Overview
Speech Therapist work with patients across multiple age groups to facilitate the treatment of speech and language disorders, such as stammers, stutters, Tourette’s, and mutism.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services to patients with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of current work experience providing services in SLP.
- Connecticut State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one.
Certifications Needed
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
