Qualifications:
- Valid (or eligibility to obtain) NM RLD license and NMPED license
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Open to both fully licensed SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Ability to work full-time (1.0 FTE/approx. 37.5 hours per week)
- Prior school-based experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy services to elementary and secondary students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support strategies
