Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Minnesota (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and flexibility
- Provide in-person, school-based speech-language support to students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and families to foster student progress
- Maintain detailed records and document student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development
