Ready for your next adventure? We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)  to join a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) rehabilitation team for an exciting 13-week travel assignment .

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while exploring new locations and gaining valuable clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech-language therapy plans
• Provide treatment for speech, language, cognitive, and communication disorders
• Assess and treat swallowing and feeding difficulties as appropriate
• Implement therapeutic exercises and evidence-based interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, medical, and other interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with SNF guidelines
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and recommendations
• Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life

Requirements

• Active SLP license or eligibility for state licensure
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred/required as applicable
• SNF experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced interdisciplinary environment
