At least 2 years of clinical experience required Active Speech-Language Pathology license required if applicable Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered Local candidates will not be considered
