Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Adult Outpatient Rehab | Roles & Responsibilities Evaluate and treat adult and adolescent patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. Perform comprehensive speech and swallowing assessments, including
Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) . Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and swallowing safety. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and comply with facility policies and regulatory standards. Required Documents / Certifications Active
New Mexico Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) BLS Certification Minimum
1 year of Speech Language Pathologist experience Adult outpatient rehabilitation experience (required) MBSS (Modified Barium Swallow Study) experience (required)
