Provide intensive, patient-focused speech language pathology services within a 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital Manage a caseload of 4–5 patients per day with approximately 6 hours of direct treatment time daily Deliver specialized rehabilitation treatment to patients recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), orthopedic trauma, stroke, neurological conditions, and amputation Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes using Cerner EHR Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life Required Qualifications
Active California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute rehabilitation or acute care settings Proficiency with Cerner or comparable electronic health record system Ability to meet the physical and clinical demands of an inpatient acute rehabilitation environment Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience treating TBI, SCI, and orthopedic trauma patient populations Familiarity with inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) standards and care protocols Why Join Us
