n- Evaluates and treats patients of all ages with speech and language needs.
n- Acts as a role model in delivering professional clinical services.
n- Serves as a clinical resource for staff and students.
n- Collects and integrates case history information from patients, families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
n- Selects and administers appropriate evaluation procedures for each patient.
n- Recognizes and respects the needs, values, communication preferences, and cultural/linguistic backgrounds of patients and their support systems.
n- Conducts comprehensive speech and language pathology assessments.
n- Selects or develops suitable materials and instruments for prevention and intervention.
n- Develops and implements patient-specific plans of care with measurable, achievable goals.
n- Collaborates with patients and relevant stakeholders in the care planning process.
n- Interprets and synthesizes assessment data to create and adjust treatment plans.
n- Implements interventions to address the functional and emotional needs of patients and families.
n- Modifies treatment approaches based on patient behavior and performance.
n- Utilizes standardized outcome measures and evaluations to accurately reflect patient progress.
n- Completes thorough and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
n- Collaborates and communicates with patients, families, and significant others throughout the rehabilitation process, providing necessary education and training.
n- Clearly communicates patient status, changes, and treatment recommendations to the medical team, including recommendations for next level of care.

Med Ninjas Job ID #6237. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
