Join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week assignment working 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 35 guaranteed hours per week. The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. This role focuses on improving functional communication, cognitive abilities, and safe swallowing to enhance patient independence and quality of life.nnRequirements:nnActive Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required
nCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
nSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Rehabilitation experience preferred
nExperience with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders preferred
nStrong communication and documentation skills required
nAbility to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams required
nKnowledge of regulatory and documentation standards required
nExperience with dysphagia assessment and treatment preferred
