n- Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Specialty: Acute care
- Number of Openings: 1
- Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
- Weekend Hours: 8
- Call Requirements: None n
Qualifications:
n- Required Certifications: Licensed CCC-SLP in ME, BLS
- Years of Experience: 1 year in acute care/critical care setting
- Preferred Skills: Experience in acute rehab, modified barium swallow studies required n
Patient Population:
n- Adult and geriatric patients n
Common Responsibilities:
n- Conduct swallow assessments and modified barium swallow studies
- Provide therapy for cognition, language, and voice disorders
- Collaborate effectively with a team of 1-2 other full-time SLPs and 1-2 PRN SLPs n
Additional Information:
n- Unit Profile: Acute Care
- Float Requirements: May need to cover acute rehab intermittently
