Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time (35-Hour Weekly Guarantee) Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical goals Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs Required Qualifications
Master's degree or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of South Carolina Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel or contract therapy experience Familiarity with MDS documentation and PDPM reimbursement models Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment including modified barium swallow studies Why Join Us
