Schedule: Days (5 days a week, 8 hours a day), minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Kentucky licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with current licensing at the time of submission, minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, certifications include BLS (AHA) and Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) via ASHA

Additional Information: Must have home health experience and be agreeable to travel across multiple counties. The role involves working in a home health environment, covering areas from various locations, with a two-week department-specific orientation combined with work coach support. Laptop and phone will be provided. Charting system utilized is Homecare Homebase (HCHB). No holiday or weekend requirements.
