Minimum Requirements

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Neonatal Experience Modified Barium Swallow Study experience Current Texas State License in Speech-Language Pathology

Assignment Details

Hours: Floating required to NICU, Pediatric, and Adult areas. Weekend and on-call requirements are not applicable. EMR: Meditech Magic/Meditech Expanse Dress code: Dark Blue scrubs. Unit guideline: Bare below the elbows in the NICU.
