Qualifications:
- LBS1 Illinois Special Education certification
- Early Childhood certification (required)
- Experience supporting neurodiverse students (K-8 preferred)
- Adaptability and strong collaboration skills
- Passion for fostering inclusive learning environments
- Provide individualized instruction and support to a small caseload (less than 10 students) of K-8 neurodiverse learners
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with team members
- Utilize creativity and evidence-based strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Participate in professional development days (8/13-8/17)
- Support students' growth starting the first day of school (8/18)
- Maintain open communication with staff and families
