Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams to support patient outcomes Document patient progress and treatment interventions Requirements
Active Physical Therapist (PT) License Current BLS Certification Open to all experience levels
