Required Qualifications: Hold an active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California; Bachelors or higher degree in Physical Therapy; 1 year of experience in a related setting; Valid state license or plan to test imminently to obtain the license
Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, supervising PT Assistants and Aides, coordinating with physicians, maintaining patient documentation, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA policies and billing procedures
The physical demands include walking, sitting, standing, bending, lifting objects over 50 pounds, and assisting with patient transfers and mobility support
