Required Qualifications: Certification as a Physical Therapist, degree in Physical Therapy, current license in North Carolina, 11 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in SNF or similar setting
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Geriatric patient populations, familiarity with electronic medical records, strong communication skills
Additional Information: This role involves administering evaluations, developing treatment plans, and documenting patient progress in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
