Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, valid state licensure or registration, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), 2 years of experience providing occupational therapy services in a SNF or similar setting
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with elderly population, familiarity with electronic health records, additional certifications in geriatrics or rehabilitation therapy, proficiency in interdisciplinary team collaboration
