Key Responsibilities:
/n

- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill surgical patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and recovery.
/n
- Perform thorough clinical assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions.
/n
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
/n
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
/n
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
/n
- Educate patients and their families about care procedures and post-discharge instructions.
/n

Qualifications & Requirements:
/n
/n
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent diploma.
/n
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in an ICU setting.
/n
- Valid, current Compact RN license.
/n
- BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
/n
- Demonstrated clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
/n

Shift & Schedule:

- Day shifts: 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts.
/n
