Qualifications:
- Active state SLPA licensure
- Capable of holding a functional, conversational exchange in sign language
- Experience supporting speech services in a school setting preferred
- Willingness to travel and reliably commute to assigned campuses
- Commitment to a full academic year assignment (August-May); part-time considered (minimum 3 days/week)
- Work collaboratively to provide speech and language support to students ages 11-18
- Assist the SLP with evaluations, therapy sessions, and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Travel between middle and high school sites, supporting a diverse caseload
- Effectively document progress and communicate with educational staff and families
