Job Summary (List Format):
- On-call requirement: Estimated 8 days per 6-week schedule, evenly distributed among RNFAs
- Kidney call rotation:
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
- Saturday & Sunday, 24 hours (6:00 AM–6:00 AM)
- General call rotation:
- Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Holiday call, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (no kidney call on holidays)
- Acceptable shift options: 4x10 hour shifts or 3x12 hour shifts
- Required clinical proficiency in:
- Robotics
- Bariatric
- General surgery
- Colorectal
- Ortho/spine
- Vascular
- Urology
- Gynecology
- Minimum experience required: 3 years scrubbing and circulating
