We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Registered Nurse (RN) – Wound Care Specialist to provide expert care in assessing, treating, and managing complex wounds. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about improving patient outcomes through specialized wound care practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide advanced wound care treatments, including dressing changes and debridement support
  • Monitor wound healing progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention and care techniques
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements

  • Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
  • Certification required: CWS (Certified Wound Specialist) or WOCN (Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of recent wound care experience
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
