American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Telemetry unit position on a 54-bed Cardiovascular Telemetry unit, with night shift availability and every-other-weekend requirements.
Requirements
- Active Virginia (VA) or Compact RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration
- Prior telemetry or cardiovascular telemetry nursing experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- 54-bed Cardiovascular Telemetry unit split into three 18-bed wings, with overflow telemetry care also provided in a separate overflow unit
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:00
- Every other weekend required, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights
- Flexible scheduling preferred
- Holiday coverage may be required for any holidays falling within the assignment period
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
- Care for cardiovascular and telemetry patients across a large multi-wing unit and overflow setting
- 13-week assignment
