American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an IMC Stepdown position requiring at least one year of recent Critical Care/ICU experience and a GA or compact RN license.
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum one year of recent Critical Care and ICU experience required
- Experience with IV starts, lab draws/sample collecting, and titrating critical drips required
- Intermediate-level FM skill required
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Work in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) Stepdown setting
- Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (19:00-7:00)
- Some weekend shifts required
- 13-week assignment with possible extension
- Holiday coverage required
- Minimal to no RTO allowed, especially around holidays
- Royal blue scrubs required and not provided by facility
- Candidates residing within 30 miles of the facility will not be accepted
- Candidates residing 31-50 miles from the facility will be considered at a reduced local rate
