Travel RN - Telemetry

American Traveler is hiring an RN - Telemetry for a Neuro Vascular unit requiring strong neuro experience and NIHSS certification.

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license required in hand
• Minimum 18 months of nursing experience required
• Strong neuro nursing experience required
• Current certifications: AHA BLS and NIHSS

Responsibilities

• Neuro Vascular unit within a hospital setting
• 3x12-hour AM shifts, 36 hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible unless a radius waiver is granted
• Former employees of the health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days when not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is allowed per assignment
• Candidates may only be submitted to one position at a time
